About Us

MTI Technologies (PTY) LTD is a small outsourced IT Service Provider. The services offered by us are IT Supply, IT Installation and IT Support.

Our MOTO is “Simplifying IT” and we do this by making your IT problems our problems. We believe that clients need to be treated fairly and with full honesty and want to bring the honest IT guy to the average computer user.

Current work done and clients

In the last few years, MTI under the auspices of the Managing Director - Sean Venter, has assisted Krugersdorp High School with minor repairs and work in the computer center. This work includes the installation and setup of printers, general housekeeping and other IT support work.

MTI has also assisted with the setup and installation of the PC’s in the boy’s hostel at Krugersdorp High School and we have also done private work for both Mr. Sasman and Mrs. Delport, teachers at Krugersdorp High School, at no cost.

We currently have a subcontract with IT Enroute and assist with any IT issues with their clients, such as the PEU Group, Matrix Marketing and Entrepreneur Magazine.

We have recently signed off and said farewell to Kangra Aviation, based at Lanseria Airport. We fulfilled all the IT duties for the branch, which included, and wasn’t limited to user support, server maintenance, setup of new machines, backups and updates. you are free to contact any of them regarding our work and response time.

We are currently associated with IT companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Red hat Linux, Cisco and Intel, ensuring the highest standard of support and workmanship. We are also partnered with 4 other IT SME’s in order to be able to offer complete support at all times, thus giving peace of mind at all hours of the day.

As a small business, we cover certain parts and sections of IT. If any other services are needed, we outsource it and depending on the contract type of the client, most times at no cost to the client.

These outsourced services are all at the standard rate of the company involved and no extra costs are added on. All work is quality guaranteed as per the new CPA.

Our Contracts

Our contracts are more focused on the client’s needs. We will come to your site and do a site inspection, which includes number of machines (Makes and ages), number of Servers (Makes and Ages), Number of users. We include the uses of the machines and your current average down time on each machine. Once we have established that, we look to see what you expect from MTI Technologies on the support side. Included in the monthly contract is automatic checking of Server and Anti-virus updates, backups and backup rotation, remote and telephonic support during office hours.
